At  Jigsaw Educational Toys we are justifiably proud of the high quality of our products - this is one of the factors on which our success has been built.

But of course, even with the strictest quality control procedures, occasionally a small fault may go undetected, or a component part not be of the high standard we expect. To cover this eventuality, purchasers of Jigsaw products are protected by the Jigsaw guarantee. There are no 'ifs' or 'buts' about our guarantee - if the product is faulty we replace it! (Naturally we cannot guarantee to replace items which have been subjected to abuse or misuse.)
